Please follow these steps for live help:
Note: We no longer use TeamViewer for remote access.


  1. Call 303-692-8200 or email support@marinercomputer.com 
  2. Once connected with an agent, follow this link.
  3. The agent will provide you with a code to enter on ScreenConnect.
  4. After entering your code, you will be prompted to download an installation file or to open the app if you’ve already installed it previously.

Mariner provides technical support via phone, email, and portal access.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm MST

After Hours Support

6:00 pm and 10:00 pm MST (with a premium support package)

If you are reaching out for after-hours or weekend support:

Call (303) 692-8200 and press 5 when prompted. You will be forwarded to our on-call Support Technician.

Mariner offers several support contracts based on as-needed billable time, set blocks of time, and custom packages.

After-Hours and Weekend Support require a premium support package.

My career has spanned roles in development, systems architecture, customer training, and leadership, always driven by a passion for solving complex problems and mentoring the next generation of tech professionals.

When I’m not immersed in technology, you’ll find me outdoors—water skiing across glassy lakes, hiking scenic trails, or simply enjoying nature’s quiet beauty. I’m also an avid reader of mysteries, enjoying nature with the loyalty of dogs who remind me of the daily life’s simple treasures.

I bring curiosity, creativity, and dedication to everything I do—whether it’s building a new system, exploring the wilderness, or being with family and friends.

As General Manager, I combine a deep industry expertise with a grounded, people-first approach to leadership style, ensuring both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Terry’s career journey spans decades of innovation and change in the tech sector, giving him a unique ability to adapt strategies to evolving markets. Known for his problem-solving mindset and commitment to service, he has consistently driven growth and built lasting partnerships.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys exploring the great outdoors—especially the breathtaking landscapes of Yellowstone National Park—and indulging his lifelong passion for cars and trains. Whether navigating a challenging business deal or a scenic mountain road, Terry approaches every journey with curiosity, precision, and enthusiasm.

Hi, I’m Kelly ! In 2005, after many years in luxury goods retail management, I switched to Point of sale technology . My husband also owned a retail shop for 35 years, so we have been where you are at some point. I have been certified in three different pieces of POS software over the past 20+ years, have been a CP trainer for the past 12 years and with Mariner for the past 7 years. In my free time I cook for everyone I know, garden like a fiend, and enjoy the arts. Currently I am Mom to an elderly pup named Coco and a kitten named Tony (who is a nutcase).
